Corrections Policy

Accuracy is the foundation of AchaWaqat. Every calculator on this site is built from published medical formulas and reviewed by a physician — but medicine evolves, guidelines are updated, and mistakes can slip through. When they do, we correct them openly.

How to report an error

Use the form below to report anything you believe is wrong: a formula, a reference range, an interpretation band, a broken link, or unclear wording. Please include the source that supports your correction — a guideline, textbook, or journal reference — so we can verify it quickly. You may leave an email address if you would like a reply; it is optional.

What happens after you report

  • Review. Every report is checked against the published evidence by our medical reviewer.
  • Correction. If an error is confirmed, the page is corrected promptly.
  • Transparency. Significant corrections to medical content are noted so readers can see what changed and why.
  • Disagreement. If we find the current content is correct, we will explain the evidence behind it when you left contact details.

What we correct

Calculation logic, reference ranges and thresholds, clinical interpretation bands, factual statements in the informational text, references and links, and typographical errors that could cause confusion. Reports about website functionality (as opposed to content accuracy) are also welcome and are passed to the technical team.
