16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by the Operator on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between You and the Operator regarding the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Website.
