⚠️ Warnings & Contraindications
- Contraindicated in patients with structural cardiac abnormalities, cardiomyopathy, or arrhythmias
- Monitor growth (height/weight) regularly - may cause growth suppression
- Psychiatric side effects include irritability, aggression, psychosis
- High abuse potential; use caution in adolescents
- Drug holidays may be considered on weekends/summer
- Not recommended for children <3 years
ℹ️ Clinical Notes
Available as IR tablets (5, 7.5, 10, 12.5, 15, 20, 30 mg) and XR capsules (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 mg). XR capsules can be opened and sprinkled on applesauce.
