⚠️ Warnings & Contraindications
- Contraindicated in structural cardiac abnormalities, cardiomyopathy, arrhythmias
- Monitor growth (height/weight) and blood pressure regularly
- Appetite suppression is common - may affect weight gain
- Psychiatric side effects: irritability, emotional lability, tics
- Drug holidays may be considered on weekends/summer
- Not recommended for children <6 years
- Suicidal ideation risk - monitor mood changes

IR tablets: 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg. Concerta: 18 mg, 27 mg, 36 mg, 54 mg. Ritalin LA: 10 mg, 20 mg, 30 mg, 40 mg. Daytrana patch: 10 mg, 15 mg, 20 mg, 30 mg. Quillivant XR liquid: 5 mg/mL.
